| Fee |
| The seminar registration fee (early/final € 400 / 450, student fee € 330 / 380) will cover as usual all conference materials, coffee/tea, meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during the conference days, and accommodation for three nights in the same hotel where the conference takes place. |

| East European sponsor programme |
| The organizing committee will try to support the participation of colleagues from Central and East European countries who are unable to cover the costs of participation. To the extent that these funds are available, grants will be given to cover (part of) the costs for the conference fee and accommodation for those who apply. Information about these grants will become available early 2010. |
